An 11-hour happy hour: how The Deck does drinks

Most happy hours are a nervous 60 minutes after office hours. The Deck's runs from 8am to 7pm, every single day. Eleven hours is less a happy hour than a standing policy, and it changes how you use the place.

The numbers

The list is short and honest: beers ฿99, spirits ฿99, cocktails ฿199, wine by the glass ฿149. That is the whole trick. No small print about which beers, no off-brand pours, no 5:00 to 5:45 window.

How to use eleven hours

The morning crowd treats it as a mimosa clause with brunch. The afternoon crowd works from a garden table and swaps the flat white for a ฿99 beer at some defensible hour. From 4pm the light goes golden, the terraces fill, and the last three hours of happy hour are the best seats in Sukhumvit.

The Guinness exception

One drink sits outside the system. Guinness is ฿230++ all day, every day, poured properly and priced the same at noon and at midnight. It does not need a happy hour. It is the happy hour.

Weekends scale it up

If a discounted glass is not enough, Saturday and Sunday bring the weekend free flow: three hours from 11am to 4pm, from ฿699++. Sangria jugs run all day at ฿600++.
