When you book a table through BistroChat we receive your name, contact details, party size and any notes you add. When you message us on LINE, WhatsApp or by phone we see the contact details and messages you send. If you join The List, membership is managed through our LINE account and we hold the details you provide there.
To manage your booking, reply to your messages, run The List and The Deck Dog Club, and let you know about events you have asked about. We do not sell your information.
thedeckbkk.com uses Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel to understand how the site is used (pages visited, device type, approximate location). These tools set cookies. You can block cookies in your browser settings and the site will still work.
Bookings run on BistroChat. Messaging runs on LINE and WhatsApp, under their own privacy policies. Analytics data goes to Google and Meta as described above.
